A homosexual celebrity blogger turned cop has been charged with murder over the deaths of his ex-boyfriend and that man’s new gay partner who vanished after a hedonistic weekend.

Beaumont Lamarre-Condon, 28, turned himself in to police in Sydney on Friday after being named a person of interest in the disappearance of Channel 10 presenter ex-boyfriend Jesse Baird, 26, and the journalist’s new lover, 29-year-old Qantas flight attendant Luke Davies.

Lamarre-Condon was was later charged with two counts of murder, and police will allege he shot Mr Baird and Mr Davies dead with a police handgun at Mr Baird’s home in Paddington on Monday.

He did not apply for bail and will reappear on court on April 23.

Mr Baird and Mr Davies were last seen at a notorious gay pub in Sydney’s inner city on Sunday night, and court documents say they were allegedly killed hours later, Daily Mail Australia reported.

Police will allege Lamarre-Condon then hired a white van and used it to dump the bodies before returning the alleged murder weapon to a gun safe at a police station on Tuesday.

The bodies are yet to be found.

Lamarre-Condon joined the NSW Police Force in 2019 and was pictured participating in Sydney’s Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras parade the next year.
