A transgender paedophile serving 87 years in prison for the forcible rape of his own two kids was sent to a women’s correctional facility, Reduxx reports.
- James “Michelle” Blessent has been placed in Logan Correctional Facility, a women’s prison in Lincoln, Illinois.
- Blessent’s sentence stems from the forcible rape of his two biological children, a boy, and a girl, to which he pleaded guilty in June of 2024. He was ultimately convicted of multiple counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of victims under 13 and grooming.
- As a result, he has been condemned to 42 years for each sexual assault count, plus three years for grooming, amounting to 87 years behind bars.

Zooming in: In Illinois, those convicted of such crimes must serve at least 85% of the sentence, making Blessent’s earliest possible parole hearing in 2095.
- According to Reduxx, Bloomington Police initially treated Blessent’s arrest as that of a woman due to his “trans” gender identity.
- The decision was said to have sparked community confusion and debate on social media, with many rejecting the deviancy outright.
- This forced so-called “trans activists” to defend Blessent, who accused concerned citizens of being “transphobic” for failing to address a child rapist with his preferred name and pronouns.
Why it matters: Blessent’s case highlights ongoing debates about transsexuals and their alleged “right” to be counted alongside biological females in many institutions, which include correctional facilities.
- Blessent isn’t the only transgender inmate at Logan Correctional Center. Janiah Monroe, convicted of second-degree murder, was transferred there in 2019.
- Monroe was later accused of sexually assaulting a female inmate. Despite this, attempts to transfer Monroe back to a men’s prison were overruled by Jewish Gov. Pritzker’s office.
In the headlines: Stories and headlines linking transexuals to acts of sexual depravity and criminal violence have only increased as so-called “trans visibility” becomes more mainstream.
- In June, a “transwoman” in Utah led police on an hours-long manhunt after authorities say he shot and killed his two elderly parents execution-style for rejecting his “transition.” During interrogation, 28-year-old Collin Troy Bailey—who refers to himself as “Mia” and had recently begun wearing wigs—admitted he would do it again.
- In May, four young girls were subjected to a bloody knife attack in a movie theatre, with Police arresting an “unhinged” murder suspect and transgender activist identified as 26-year-old Jared Ravizza. An independent Justice Report investigation discovered that Ravizza was the wealthy son of a psychologist and school counsellor in Massachusetts.
- In 2023, a violent mass shooting rocked the nation to its core after a female-to-male transsexual killed six people, including three nine-year-old children, inside a Christian school in Nashville, Tennessee. The suspect, identified as 28-year-old Audrey “Aiden” Hale, was motivated by anti-White hatred, as her writings underscored a years-long obsession with so-called “White privilege.”
