An African male has been arrested after allegedly racially abusing and attacking a patron at a Nando’s in Perth.
Witnesses told Noticer News the man walked into the restaurant in Beechboro on Saturday afternoon and began calling patrons who were enjoying their meals “White cunts” before being told to calm down and walking out again.
He then returned a short time later and allegedly started shouting threats, but was restrained by a diner until police arrived and made an arrest.
“I was afraid he’d gone to fetch a knife and come back,” one witness said.
The patron was later taken to Royal Perth hospital to be treated for bite marks to his arm, while the alleged attacker also required medical treatment.
