Two teenage boys have been released on bail after being arrested over an alleged African gang-linked drive-by shooting in Adelaide.
An 18-year-old man was rushed to hospital with a bullet wound to the leg after shots were allegedly fired at a home in Andrews Farm on Monday morning. He suffered non-life threatening injuries.
South Australia Police said two 17-year-olds, one from Munno Parra and the other from Smithfield Plains, were found with ammunition in car nearby, while a gun was located in a second vehicle near the scene.
Both teenagers were arrested and charged with possessing ammunition without a licence and refusing to answer questions.
They were granted bail and will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on February 7.
Footage from 7 News shows a large African male being taken into a police car in handcuffs along with another another male with lighter skin.
Officers with Operation Meld, a special taskforce created to combat African gang crime, have been brought in to assist with the investigation.
