New Zealand’s “conservative” Prime Minister Christopher Luxon has been accused of being even worse than his woke predecessor Jacinda Arden for his response to a childcare worker concerned about radical gender ideology.
The childcare reliever wrote to Mr Luxon to warn that children as young as three-and-a-half were “identifying as they/them” due to woke influences, Family First NZ CEO Bob McCoskrie revealed on Monday.
But rather than address her concerns, a staffer responded by writing: “Christopher is a proud supporter of the LGBTQI+ community and wants New Zealand to be a country that celebrates and supports diversity, including our rainbow community.”

The letter infuriated New Zealanders who are also unhappy about radical gender ideology being pushed in public schools, and leftist propaganda in the healthcare system.
“Getting much worse than Ardern and heโs obviously not even trying. So sad and sorry for our once proud nation under this idiot,” wrote one upset Kiwi.
“What a lazy slimy Woke response, he wants us to accept and celebrate homosexuality, and ‘diversity’… Really? Why? Did we vote for this? His time is running out and so are his followers. Pretty soon he will be gone,” said another.
“That has to be the most cowardly response letter in wokery history!” said a third.
The full letter from the childcare worker, shared by Mr McCoskrie, read: “What is going on in the education system is not okay. Why are you allowing this wokeness and confusion into schools.
“I have been a childcare reliever for the last five years and have had several kids below the ages of five – even as young as three and a half – approach me in centers saying they are not male or female and that they are identifying as ‘they/them, he/she’.
“These are vulnerable young children who know no better and are only saying it because of what they have seen and heard from TV or older people around them.
“What is your plan to change this. I for one know that whatever they say I will fight against it as a caring woman of God.”
๐ฉ๐ฉEXCLUSIVE: Despite the change in government and parents expressing concerns about schools keeping parents in the dark about their child’s gender confusion, schools are STILL being instructed to keep student’s preferred names, pronouns and genders secret from parents.

Mr McCoskrie also revealed that despite the change of government New Zealand schools are still being told to keep parents in the dark about gender-confused children, and referred to far-left LGBT advocacy group InsideOut.
“When is the secrecy going to end, and the rights of parents (and biology) upheld?” he asked.
The anger about Mr Luxon’s failure to stop wokeness came on the same day as ACT Party MP Todd Stephenson raised the alarm about registered nurses being required to use the Maori language and be familiar with Maori customs.
He shared barely intelligible new standard of competence, called “pou” in Maori, that are informed by leftist ideology.
“A good nurse should have the right skills and a kind heart, but now they’re told to have ‘correct’ views on the Treaty and to make assumptions about patientsโ needs based on their ethnicity,” he wrote.
“In December I raised these issues in a letter to the then-Health Minister, who subsequently outlined concerns to the Council. I’m going to follow up with the new Health Minister.
“Kiwis engaging with the health system deserve confidence that they will be treated first and foremost as humans, with individual needs that will be met based on validated science, not ideology.”
Nurses have told me they are considering leaving New Zealand in response to new standards of competence, or โpouโ, requiring nurses to use te reo and tikanga, describe the impact of colonisation, and advocate for cultural and spiritual health.

Last year New Zealandโs immigrant population skyrocketed during Mr Luxon’s centre-right governmentโs first year, with Indians now making up 23% of recent resident visa holders.
Shortly after winning the November 2023 election Mr Luxon said New Zealandโs net migration levels were unsustainable and accused the Ardern Labour government of โopening the floodgatesโ after Covid.
